What the expenses card covers

Everything the crew need at the hotel, except alcoholic drinks. For example meals, soft drinks, early check-in and late check-out.

It reaches reception with the booking, so the crew pay nothing at the hotel. No physical card is needed.

It's not for the room. The room is already paid for.
